We have completed our Safety and Health Programs and a copy is available upon request.
We are aware of the requirements of OSHA to provide a workplace that is free of any known hazards that could harm the employees or the environment. We maintain an MSDS file on each chemical we handle. This file is readily available to all employees. Our facility has the required Safety Showers and Eye Washes. Each of our employees is provided with the needed Personal Protective Equipment and the training for its proper use. Training is covered in our Loss Prevention Manual.

Whenever we handle a flammable raw material, we use grounding wires and non-sparking tools. We have fire extinguishers placed throughout the production and storage area and all employees are trained in their use. We do not have a sprinkler system.

We have an Emergency Response Plan in place and a copy is available upon request. We
are a small company and because of this, all employees will be involved in our ERP.

Each type of job we perform is covered in our Operations Manual and we provide written instructions for each job.

All of our blending will be done inside our warehouse. Containment will be placed around
all of this type activity.

As required by OSHA, we maintain records of all maintenance on our production equipment. Our Lift Trucks are checked daily before the start of the shift and each piece of production equipment has its own file to show preventative measures and repairs.

Our Production Scales are certified and we maintain records on each unit.

BPS will be applying for Certification to the National Association of Chemical Distributors, Responsible Distribution Process as an affricated member, for public warehousing of chemicals.

WASTE:
BPS is registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator and our number is 88630. A copy of our Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste Program is available upon request. We do not have any process that generates a waste. As long as we do not make a blending mistake, we should
not generate more than about 100 gallons per month, from the rinsing of our production equipment. This rinse solution will in most every case be classified as Non-Hazardous.

DEPARTMENT of TRANSPORTATION:
BPS is registered as a shipper of Hazardous Chemicals with the DOT, our number is 081704001022M. We are not transporters and do not have any company trucks. All of our shipments are handled by Common or Contract Carriers.
We are set up with Chem-Trec so that we can use their 24 hour response number on our
Bills of Lading.
Both the President and Plant Manager are trained in Haz-Mat responsibilities for Packaging, Warehousing, and Shipping of Hazardous Materials.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY:
BPS has applied for an EPA Registration number, but as of this date, it has not been
assigned.

STORM WATER DISCHARGE PROGRAM:
Greens Port Industrial Park has its own Storm Water Discharge Program in which we are covered.

LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANING COMMITTEE:
We will contact the LEPC provide them with a Site Plan, Inventory List, Emergency Phone Numbers and any other information they may require. We plan to join the LEPC and be an active member.

Our Quality Control Department is based on ISO-9002. We do not have any plans to
become certified, but as a plant manager for a previous company, Walter Adams, Sr.
has been through the entire certification process and is very familiar with the program.
